Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.
The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.
Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff and hourly, and possibly management. Places employment ads in appropriate sources. Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics. May recruit from colleges, technical schools and job fairs.
Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner to determine current and future talent requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent using creative and proactive methods, including competency & performance-based interviewing techniques
Develop sourcing strategy for each vacancy and execute against that strategy utilizing various tools for positions in multiple departments and at multiple levels (Accounting, Engineering, IT etc.)
Select, evaluate, and deliver quality candidates with the goal of earning a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive internal partner while advancing the Delek brand across all areas of the business
Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent internal and external communication
Establish and maintain talent market expertise including comprehensive view of industry trends and competitors; provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, telling the Delek story, and an understanding of talent needs
Organize and attend university career fair events, providing a professional presentation of the company
Conduct intake meetings and partner with hiring manager on writing effective job descriptions
Continuously look for opportunities to stream-line processes that would provide a more effective & efficient recruiting system
Serve as a project lead or team member for various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
Ensure ongoing integrity of data in the applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors)
Mentor junior level Recruiters
Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
At least 5 years of related experience required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
Master's or MBA degree preferred.
